Hey.. what happen to the infamous hypermarket Carrefour?? The prices of products is going crazy.. really crazy.
I keep repeating myself... probably 5 - 10 years ago, prices difference are that of 1 or 5 cents, but nowadays, in 2007, they are easily RM5 - RM10 .. though some are still some which is RM2+- ...
My mom just bought some 3in1 Nescafe at RM6.80 .. or so ... on Sunday night, and on Monday, it has became RM8.50 .. for the same pack... that's a little crazy.
And for my girls milk powder, one day, it was RM34.75 (or so.. ), and some day, it will be RM39.90 .... when I normally buy in bulk of 4 to 6 cans in one go, imagine the extra 5 bucks for each can I have to pay if I were to buy at the higher price - crazy!
Guess it happens to many things... or was it to stuff I normally buy? Another example would be toilet papers!! At one time.. it could be RM10.++ ... but another time, its RM7.++
Why, why why? Where to complaint?
